Junior 4-H Camp Information
Camp Dates: June 13 - June 17, 2026
Ages: Youth ages 8 and in the 3rd grade (or 9 & in any grade) through age 14
Location: Indian Hills 4-H Camp - 8212 Lauver Road, Pleasant Hill, Ohio
Drop off: 2P to 4P - June 13, 2026
Pick Up: 11A - June 17, 2026
Deadline for 4-H Camp registration is May 30, 2026.
Cost: 4-H members:$265 per camper
Non 4-H members:$290 per camper (contact the Extension Office at tilton.47@osu.edu for registration info)
We are able to take credit card payments as well as checks and cash. Please make your card payments at go.osu.edu/prebleextensionpayment - Please enter Camp Fees In the Items/Services field.

Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan - Only needed for campers who need to communicate this information with the camp nurse.
Immunization Exemption Form - Only needed for campers who are not immunized.
