Junior 4-H Camp Information
Camp Dates: June 15 - June 19, 2024
Ages: Youth ages 8 and in the 3rd grade (or 9 & in any grade) through age 14
Location: 4-H Camp Clifton - 2256 Clifton Road, Yellow Springs, Ohio
Drop off: 1PM - June 15, 2024
Pick Up: 10:30AM - June 19, 2024
If your child would like to attend the 2024 Preble County 4-H Camp please log in to your 4-H Online account to register.
Deadline for 4-H Camp registration is May 24, 2024.
Cost: 4-H members:$275 per camper
Non 4-H members:$300 per camper (contact the Extension Office at tilton.47@osu.edu for registration info)
We are able to take credit card payments as well as checks and cash.

Forms Required for Camp
The following forms are accessible at 4-H Online when you register your camper.
Ohio 4-H Camper Health Form - Required for all campers.
Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Emergency Care Plan - Only needed for campers who need to communicate this information with the camp nurse.
Immunization Exemption Form - Only needed for campers who are not immunized.
